Re:Source, the nation’s largest provider of flooring finishes and services, needed a new image on the World Wide Web (www.resource-americas.com). Our process was built to make sure that with the image came substance. We began by establishing a complete understanding of Re:Source’s business and its customers. The result is a site that looks eons better than their old one, but is also usable, informative and, most importantly, attention-grabbing.
We were then asked by Re:Source to develop a series of promotions that could cut through the typical chatter of marketing and interest the company’s core audience. PencilBox suggested giving away a Harley-Davidson (something people could get excited about) and did. The result was the most successful marketing Re:Source had ever done and resulted in the capture of more 2,000 new contacts for Re:Source to market to, at less cost than their traditional marketing campaigns.
